We love Ottawa

If you love Ottawa as much as we do, you might appreciate that a portion of our team’s commission goes to causes we believe in. Here are a few of our favourites.

Royal LePage Shelter Foundation

The Royal LePage Shelter foundation serves women who are victims of domestic violence through its shelters in Ottawa. We are proud to be one of the top supporters in Canada year after year.

Camp Ten Oaks

Camp Ten Oaks is a two-location, one-week each, sleep-away camp for children and youth ages 8-17 from 2SLGBTQ+ (two spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer) identities, families, and communities. Supporting such an important space is an honour for us.

Planned Parenthood Ottawa

Planned Parenthood Ottawa (PPO) is a not-for-profit organization that provides a range of services and information for people in the Ottawa area to make healthy decisions about their health, bodies and relationships. Supporting their missions is something our team believes in.

Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary

The Sanctuary’s mission is to treat and care for injured or orphaned wild mammals and reptiles until they are healthy enough to be returned to the wild. They also offer advice on co-existing peacefully with wildlife, and preventing or solving wildlife conflicts using humane, cost-effective ways. We’ve support them as part of our commitment to the environment.

Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa

The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa has been helping at-risk children and youth across our city for nearly 100 years. It has the greatest reach and impact on at-risk children and youth in the city with more than 100,000 visits per year. Having more social safety nets benefits the neighborhoods we live in, so we support the BCG.

Habitat for Humanity

Families are set up for success as homeowners with Habitat Greater Ottawa’s homeownership program. Ownership of Habitat homes reduces dependence on social housing and food banks, improves education, financial and employment outcomes, and enhances health and wellbeing. Everyone deserves a safe roof over their head, so we support this wonderful organization.
