Having previously purchased and sold a condo with Nick several years ago, I recently reached out to his office on my return to Ottawa for assistance in finding an apartment to rent. I was introduced to Chelsea, and I was immediately impressed with how proactive she was, sourcing out all possible units within my budget, and offering me frank and thoughtful advice on suitable neighbourhoods that would best suit my new retirement lifestyle.
