Jacob had originally approached in 2019 through Reddit to have a conversation about his goals as a prospective first-time home buyer. Suddenly, Jacob’s schedule was turned on its head and he was in a time crunch to purchase his first property. We were there to guide him through this accelerated timeline, showing patience while still making sure not to short Jacob any parts of the buying experience. Giving him actionable insights into the market, viewing a variety of properties together, and narrowing down his needs and priorities. We helped secure Jacob’s first condo, transitioning him from newcomer to homeowner.

Years later in 2022, his family had grown and it was time to move again. We listed their condo to multiple offers, and found Jacob his forever home at the edge of the city.
