Welcome to Fallingbrook! You are going to love the amazing schools, family-friendly community, beautiful greenspaces and parks, and easy access to necessities and amenities!
Fallingbrook is located at the East end of Orleans and is bordered by the Ottawa River and Old Montreal Road to the North, Tenth Line Road to the West, Innes Road to the South, and the community of Springridge and Trim Road to the East.
Commuting from and within Fallingbrook is easy as it is car, public transport, and bike-friendly. It’s close enough to Ottawa to be a short commute if you work in the city, either by the Queensway just to the North or by public transport, with lots of local and express busses available. With the extension of the LRT coming in a few years, that commute will be even easier!
Fallingbrook was farmland until 1985 when development started, and it is still ongoing today! The majority of homes in this area are detached, semi-detached, or townhomes.
