We think there’s a better way to build a real-estate career.
You already know how to sell real estate.
You’ve worked with buyers, written offers, negotiated deals and learned that being a successful Realtor involves a lot more than simply helping people buy and sell homes.
And maybe that’s the problem.
Because somewhere along the way, you also became your own administrator, marketer, lead-generation department, CRM manager, content creator and backup plan whenever you wanted a day off.
Apply Now
Just a few questions between you and your future! No cover letter required.
This opportunity might be for you if…
- You’re already registered to trade in real estate in Ontario.
- You’ve completed some transactions and know that real estate is the career you want to pursue.
- You like working with clients and are good at building trust.
- You want to grow your business—but you’d rather spend more of your time actually being a Realtor than building all the infrastructure around one.
- You appreciate coaching, systems and accountability, but you don’t want to be micromanaged.
- And you like the idea of building your own career while being part of a team that genuinely works together.
If that sounds familiar, we should probably talk.

Why Join a Real Estate Team?
Our team generates opportunities through a variety of sources, including our database, online marketing, listings, referrals, community activities and client relationships.
We don’t believe in dumping hundreds of names into an agent’s CRM and calling them leads.
Opportunities are assigned with context and based on fit, availability and performance.
Administrative and marketing support
Your highest-value work should be advising clients, developing relationships, negotiating and generating business.
Our team provides support with the systems and behind-the-scenes work that can consume a Realtor’s week.
An established technology stack
We use Follow Up Boss to manage relationships and opportunities and Monday.com to keep our active business organized.
You won’t be starting with a blank spreadsheet and trying to invent the business as you go.
Actual coverage when you’re away
Real estate will always include evenings and weekends.
That doesn’t mean a Realtor should have to be available 365 days a year.
Our goal is to provide enough team coverage that our Realtors can take regular time away while knowing their clients are still being looked after.
Coaching, collaboration and accountability
We operate using the EOS framework, with clear goals, responsibilities and regular meetings.
That means you’ll know what success looks like, where you stand and where you can improve.
The goal is accountability without micromanagement.

What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility will be helping people make excellent real-estate decisions.
That includes:
Conducting buyer consultations
Helping clients identify the right homes and neighbourhoods
Showing and evaluating properties
Preparing and negotiating offers
Guiding clients from their first conversation through closing
Following up consistently with prospective and past clients
Maintaining your pipeline in Follow Up Boss
Participating in team meetings, training and coaching
Developing your own sphere, referral network and area of specialization
Collaborating with the rest of the team when clients or colleagues need support
You’ll also have opportunities to participate in client events, community initiatives and educational marketing.
Who We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level position.
You must currently be registered to trade in real estate in Ontario.
We are especially interested in Realtors who have already completed approximately five or more residential transactions during the past 12 months, although we care just as much about how you conduct your business as we do about the number itself.
The right person is:
Client-focused
Reliable
Strong at follow-up
Comfortable with technology
Coachable
Collaborative
Able to communicate clearly
Comfortable discussing goals and results
Willing to appear on video
Interested in building a long-term real-estate career
You’ll also need a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
French-English bilingualism is an asset but is not required.

What Happens to Your Own Business?
We want you to keep building it.
Your sphere of influence, relationships and personal reputation are important parts of the career you’re creating.
You’ll be able to continue developing your own database, niche and referral network while benefiting from the systems and infrastructure of the team.
Team-generated opportunities are handled as team business.
We’ll explain our commission structure, lead ownership, team expenses and economics clearly before asking you to invest significant time in our interview process.
There shouldn’t be any mystery about how either of us gets paid.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried position.
Annual income depends on production, with expected earning potential of approximately:
$50,000–$200,000+ per year
We’ll explain our compensation structure in detail early in the conversation so you can determine whether the opportunity makes financial sense for you.

About the Nick Fundytus Team
We’re an Ottawa residential real-estate team with Royal LePage Performance Realty.
Our philosophy is simple:
People first. Properties second.
We want to build a successful real-estate business without losing sight of the people we’re helping—or the people doing the work.
We invest heavily in systems, marketing, client experience and community relationships, and we believe a strong team should allow talented people to accomplish more together than they could alone.
Our office is located at 165 Pretoria Avenue in Ottawa, with a mix of office, field and remote work.
Interested?
We’re intentionally looking for one Realtor, not continuously adding agents.
If you love being a Realtor but feel like you’ve reached the point where more support, better systems and a stronger platform would help you grow, we’d like to hear from you.
Complete the short application below.
We’ll ask you about your experience, where your business currently comes from and what you’re hoping to accomplish next in your career.
No elaborate cover letter required. Just tell us honestly about you and your business.
