My experience working with Chelsea was more than perfect…Me and my wife had to move because our landlord needed the house free. We decided to try and buy our first property. We met with 5 realtors and our choice landed with Chelsea. First, I want to mention that it is easy to look good in your own office compared to other realtors who we met in a café. But the way she presented the process for us, first time home buyers, was so clear and honest and ORGANISED, that we decided to move forward with her. She asked so many questions about what we are looking for, our budget (which she totally respected, never tried to push over), what is necessary vs nice-to-have, and more. On our first visit, she really explained what she is looking for in a house (moisture under the sink, mold, year of the windows, year of the water tank, type of electric panels, etc). We learned so much, seeing seven places for sale (and making one offer!). We did not find the right one yet, BUT I SURE FOUND MY REALTOR. In the meanwhile, with Chelsea’s support we found a very nice house to rent and are secure. We know when we are ready to buy, we will be doing so with Chelsea.
