Events: The Perogy Party

Kicking Off the Holidays

We close the year with a Ukrainian-themed holiday party at Nick’s house. This is the event where we really get to know our clients better. We seldom talk real estate here – instead, people spend time with us around the house, sharing plans for the holidays, and reflecting on the year gone by.

We hope that you’ll stop in to join us!

A good old-fashioned holiday drop-in.

There’s no better way to kick off the holiday season than with warm food, good friends, and great conversation—and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

Join us for our Annual Holiday Kick-Off Party, lovingly referred to as “The Perogy Party”, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 29th, at my home at 628 Gaines Drive in the heart of Beacon Hill.

This long-standing tradition brings together our friends, neighbours, clients, and colleagues for a cozy, drop-in style celebration. No need to bring anything—just come hungry! Our family favourites from my Ukrainian roots will be on the table: perogies, periske, nachynka, and borscht, all prepared by Chelsea, Karim, Hannah, and me in the days leading up.

Whether you stop by for 15 minutes or stay the whole afternoon, you’re more than welcome. Kids, friends, and plus-ones are encouraged—the more the merrier! We’ll even have a sitter on hand so that the kids can play in the basement while the grown-ups get to relax and enjoy a drink and bite in peace. Enjoy food, festive drinks, and maybe snap a family photo in front of the tree for your holiday card—we’ll have a camera ready.

This year, I’ll also be sharing stories from my recent adventure in Cambodia as part of the 2025 Trek for Shelter. It was an incredible experience, and I’d love to tell you all about it in person.

We can’t wait to catch up, hear how your 2025 has been, and share a little holiday cheer. See you soon!

Warmly,
Nick, Karim, Chelsea and Hannah
