From Weights to Whisks: Kat’s Story
Kat, the owner and mastermind behind STUFFED Cookies, didn’t always dream of owning a cookie empire. Originally a personal trainer, Kat found herself out of work when gyms closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many of us coping with uncertainty, she turned to the kitchen for comfort — and began baking cookies.
What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion. Through the power of social media and a whole lot of dedication, Kat transformed her cookie hustle into a full-time business. She began selling cookies out of her home and, as demand grew, eventually opened her own storefront in Orléans. Today, that’s where the magic happens — dough is mixed, stuffed, and baked fresh in-house every week.

STUFFED Cookies specializes in — you guessed it — stuffed cookies. These aren’t your average treats. Each dough ball is handcrafted and weighed to 145 grams before being filled with house-made stuffing and baked to perfection. Flavours include creative crowd-pleasers like:
