Hiring a marketing manager and administrator.

I’m Ottawa’s People-First Realtor, and now I need another team member to execute on my plans to help even more people buy and sell their homes in the Ottawa market. My business is currently in the top 6-10% of all Royal LePage Realtors in Canada, with plans to be in the top 3-5% in 2020, eventually to reach and remain in the top 1% nationally. In short, your role will be to execute my marketing strategies on a consistent basis and complete the administrative tasks that need to be done to close every file correctly. In short, you work behind the scenes so that I can focus on serving my clients at a high level and generate growth through repeat and referral business and content marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Posting on Social Channels Every Day

  • Running Paid Social Ads Each Week

  • Running and awarding my weekly contest

  • Writing Advertising Copy

  • Coordinating designers for print, web and social marketing

  • Running marketing campaigns for listings

  • Coordinating writers and copywriters for marketing copy

  • Assign inbound leads and make first contact

  • Managing my website and blog

  • Managing my social presence

  • Coordinating interviews with local businesses

  • Scheduling stagers, photographers and home inspectors for my listings

  • Booking Showings for Properties

  • Keeping my CRM up to date

  • Tracking and Recording Expenses

What You Need to Be Good At

  • Prioritization

  • Effective written communication in English with impeccable spelling and grammar

  • Strong spoken and personal skills

  • Professional appearance and manner

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Punctuality

  • Understanding of the execution of a marketing plan

  • Understanding of the importance of branding

  • Strong familiarity with Excel/Sheets

  • Basic Graphic Design Skill

  • Basic Video Editing Skill

How You’ll Be Paid

Pay is salary with bonuses for milestones reached. Negotiable based upon experience and skills.
